If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to download our trip app! Our app will let you access important trip information, connect with other attendees, and get notifications about upcoming events.
If you’re bringing a guest on our trip, we encourage them to download our trip app too! Just have them download the app and use any valid email to register.
Add A Photo To Your Profile
Make sure you’ve added a photo to your profile on our trip app! To add a photo: open the app, tap the 
menu button, tap your name, and tap the Upload Image button.
Make Your Restaurant Reservations Now
We hope you’ll join us for our welcome dinner and farewell dinner as well as for our two complimentary breakfasts on the mornings of November 1st & 2nd. This still leaves plenty of time to explore the culinary delights of Maui for the rest of your meals.

Make Sure You’re Travel Ready
Submit Your Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test
Hawaii requires that you are either vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 prior to your travel. Before your trip, you’ll need to create an account on Hawaii’s Safe Travels Website and upload your vaccination or test information.Don’t wait until the last minute. Review the travel requirements now and make sure you’re ready to join us in Hawaii!
1) Create an account on Hawaii’s Safe Travels website NOW
2) Schedule your COVID-19 test (if not vaccinated) Must be taken within 72 hours of your flight’s departure from the mainland.
3) Upload proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test
4) Complete the health questionnaire on the Safe Travels website 24 hours before departureWhen creating your account, you’ll need our resort’s contact information along with your flight itinerary.

Vaccinated Travelers
If you were vaccinated in the United States more than 15 days before our trip, you may enter Hawaii without testing by submitting proof of your vaccination to Hawaii’s Safe Travels Website. You should bring the physical copy of your proof of vaccination on the trip with you. We recommend a lanyard or holder for easy access.
COVID-19 Testing Information
If you have not been vaccinated, you must test negative within 72 hours of your flight’s departure from the mainland and submit proof of your negative test on Hawaii’s Safe Travels Website.
COVID-19 tests will only be accepted from trusted travel partners. The current list of trusted travel partners can be found at: HawaiiCovid19.com/travel-partners
Children
If you are traveling with children under 5 years old, they are not required to test. For children over 5 years old, you will need to submit proof of vaccination or a negative test using the methods described above.
