We are just ten weeks away from gathering for our long Covid delayed but much anticipated Sales Convention on the beautiful island of Maui. The Waldorf Astoria, Grand Wailea Resort will be a spectacular home base for our trip, and I look forward to sharing the Aloha spirit with you there.
Last week you should have received in the mail a packet containing a summary of our trip at-a-glance. Please note that the cutoff date of August 25th, for booking your own flight and receiving a $600 flight credit is fast approaching. After that date, we will book your flight to the islands based on what is available at that time. Also included in the mailing were instructions to download the SNFC Hawaii Trip App on your personal device. This will be the best source for trip updates and information, so if you have not downloaded the app yet I encourage you to do so.
Travel precautions related to changing coronavirus variants continue to evolve in Hawaii as with many other states. Evidence of vaccination or pretesting is still required to enter the state. If you would like more details one good source is HawaiiCovid19.com/travel/travel-overview.
To help us ensure a smooth trip experience we have added Morris Meetings and Incentives, a professional planning organization, to our Sales Convention planning team. Not only are they busy organizing transportation options and excursion information for us, but they are also working with the Wailea and local officials to coordinate our scheduled meetings and events within whatever safety protocols may be in place at that time. We are planning on a safe and wonderful experience.
